## FAQs

### How does the offer work?

If you are a new subscriber to our emails, and you have never made a purchase from HexClad.com before, you are eligible to receive a credit on your second order, based on the amount of your first purchase. Those credits vary based on order amount:

### When will I get my credit?

30 days after you make your first purchase, you will receive an email with a unique code to use on a future purchase. Be on the lookout for an email with a subject line "Your $ credit is here!" Lastly, add [info@hexclad.com](mailto:info@hexclad.com) to your contact list to ensure you don't miss any of our emails.

### When can I use the credit?

Once received, your credit will be valid for 30 days. The credit cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, and is invalid on the Apartment Bundle and the 13pc HexClad Hybrid set.

### What if I’ve purchased from HexClad but haven’t signed up for email?

Sign up anyways, we might surprise you!

### Is this program available on all HexClad Websites?

At this time the New Customer Welcome offer is only available on hexclad.com. We are always trying new things, so you may see other other offers on the HexClad webpage you are accustom to ordering from.
