HexClad’s cookware was created to last a lifetime and are covered against any manufacturer’s defects for your entire ownership experience. Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs as a result of improper use, including but not limited to excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning or lack of seasoning. Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time... this is normal and should not affect performance and not covered under our lifetime warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the original US customer, or in the case of a gift, the original US recipient of the product, with proof of purchase and is non-transferrable. Our warranty only covers products purchased new from HexClad or an [authorized selling channel](https://support.hexclad.com/en_us/where-can-i-purchase-hexclad-products-rJUXMiaR9) within the United States. Commercial/restaurant use is not covered.

HexClad will replace any damaged products covered by the lifetime warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
