**Cookware:** 

HexClad’s cookware was created to last a lifetime and are covered against any manufacturer’s defects for your entire ownership experience. Our warranty does not cover damage that occurs as a result of improper use, including but not limited to excessive heat, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, improper cleaning or lack of seasoning. Cosmetic blemishes and other changes in appearance may occur over time... this is normal and should not affect performance and not covered under our lifetime warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the original US customer, or in the case of a gift, the original US recipient of the product, with proof of purchase and is non-transferrable. Our warranty only covers products purchased new from HexClad or an authorized selling channel within the United States. Commercial/restaurant use is not covered.

HexClad will replace any damaged products covered by the lifetime warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

**Cutlery:**

HexClad cutlery and culinary tools have a lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects. This warranty does not cover damage from improper use or storage, accidents, loss, or theft. Damage resulting from cutting on hard surfaces, prying, twisting, bending, cutting frozen foods, bone, and other hard-shelled foods is also not covered by this warranty. 

Rust, discoloration, or damage to the wooden handle caused by improper care of your cutlery is not covered by our lifetime warranty. 

**Mixing Bowls:**

HexClad mixing bowls carry a warranty against manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, oven use, dishwasher use, use in a foodservice setting or cosmetic damage.

**Wood Products (HexClad Hybrid Cutting Board & Bistecca Plate Set):**

The only warranty, expressed or implied, is a 30-Day guarantee against defects in workmanship and material. This warranty does not apply to damages which may result from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, damage or normal wear and tear, misuse of product, unauthorized repair, exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, and alteration or abuse of the product.  

Please note that due to the natural composition of wooden products, our warranty does not cover any cosmetic imperfections.
