Our pans are scratch resistant so feel free to use just about any metal spatulas, whisks, or tongs. Due to the unique cooking hybrid surface of your HexClad you might find best results using silicon scrapers, or thin metal spatulas to get under more sticky items like eggs.  

The use of sharp metal utensils should be avoided as they can scratch the surface of your cookware. If a scratch occurs, it is only cosmetic, it will not affect the performance of the cookware.
